Asphalt Paving

1. What is asphalt paving?

Asphalt paving uses a combination of granulars that are mixed together with fine screening and liquid asphalt cement,as well as recycled asphalt. This mixture is heated up to approximately 425 degrees Fahrenheit and applied to parking lots or roads.

2. How long does an asphalt road stay in good condition?

A properly built asphalt road with a good sub base should stay in good condition for approximately 25 years.

3. Can asphalt be recycled?

Yes asphalt can be recycled into a granular and used for a sub base. It can also be broken down and reheated or mixed with other granulars

4. Can I pour concrete in all weather?

It depends what the concrete is being used for, as it may have to be covered during colder temperatures.

Snow removal is typically charged per load. It also depends on how far away the job is located and where
the snow is being dumped.

4. What equipment do you use for snow removal?

We use loaders to pick up the snow, and then it gets dumped into a dump truck.

5. How many years of experience do you have in snow removal?

We have 30 years of experience in snow removal.

6. Why do you not use sand for winter control?

Sand helps with traction but it doesn’t melt the snow like salt does.
